After we collected PreK-4 books for our seventh African library, we sorted them into two reading levels: PreK-1st grade and 2nd-4th grade. Each of us read the books to determine their appropriate levels. We then placed the sorted books into two separate 12”x12”x12” media boxes, as required by the African Library Project. Finally, we labeled the tops of the boxes with the grade levels and the total number of books using a Sharpie.
