Since January 2024, the AYLUS Data Team has been diligently maintaining a comprehensive data tracking system to better monitor volunteer events and project progress. Starting from the ground up, team members Charlotte Chen, Vivian Wang, Isabella Zhang, and Sophia Li have maintained and updated a robust database using the Oracle APEX platform.
This system allows for manual data entry and seamlessly integrates information on volunteers, members, projects, and events. End users can easily update the database as needed, with automated reporting and analytical tools providing valuable insights and performance summaries.
We would like to extend our sincere appreciation to all members of the Data Team for their hard work, dedication, and innovation in bringing this project to life. Their contributions have significantly enhanced AYLUS’s ability to organize, manage, and evaluate its community service initiatives.
